Weekend Visit

My parents & both of my grandma's came down to Champaign on Saturday. It was a great day! The weather was beautiful! We relaxed together & just enjoyed being together. They got down here @ about 10 am - we had some coffee and visited for a while around our dining room table. Then us ladies went out for the "tour" of Champaign while LD & LW (Larry Wayne...a.k.a. Dad VdW) did some handy men things around the condo. They took care of 2 of the 3 items we had to fix before the sale of the condo is complete! Whoo Hoo!

Then when us ladies came back we had a snack (gosh when you are old you don't eat a lot at one time, but you need to have many meals / snacks!) - I guess for the guys it was lunch & then we headed out to all go see the house. The pics that follow show you the gatherings that happened on Saturday & I suspect will happen many more times in this house - and I suspect in some of the same places! (It is sort of fun to see people congregating already in our home!) Enjoy! LD & Grandma Gert VdW - Gram said the house has "curb appeal"
